¿Cómo influye una decepción en el desempeño académico?	Because it is not possible to separate personal life to other aspects, as teachers we are working with humans that are not only focused on learning something, they bring also many worries to the classes. As teachers we will find many cases were students and colleagues are passing by difficulties and we must be prepared to help them to overcome their troubles. On the other hand, we could be that person passing by a difficulty and we must be able to overcome that situation and follow with our labor. Also it is possible that a student be disappointed because of he/she is unable to learn what we want to teach, so our purpose is doing learning easier for that student and to minimize the disappointed situations.
¿Cómo se puede vencer el miedo a hablar en frente de otros en una lengua extranjera?	Personal-feelings It is a challenge for English teachers. I have to recognize that I was a shy student front participation in class. I think that the function of the teacher in that case is to increase self-confidence in student in a sequential process. First, it could be possible to encourage shy students by personals conversation in small groups and conversation teacher-student. Then, it is possible to make students participate in short dialogue in front of the class. Finally, it is possible to allow them doing longer presentations. It is important supervise shy students to encourage them to speak in English.
¿Cómo puede una práctica informada mejorar nuestro desempeño como maestros de inglés?   Yuly y Sebastián	An informed practicum of a teacher is, I supposed, related to teacher’s formation. Obviously,    it is important for a teacher be sure about his labor, to have self-confidence about his actions. An informed practicum provides that confidence to teachers.
What is the teacher’s role in kids’ sexual education?	Sexuality is an issue present all the time in students’ minds, for that reason it is important to integrate this topic to education. For years sexuality was a prohibited subject in classrooms, today is important to inform and advice students in that aspect to avoid many social problems caused by misinformation.
How do teachers influence students’ interests?	Teachers are an example to students, we must be conscious about it. The way we behave, we speak and interact with them are copied immediately as some good. It is important for a teacher to be interested in what he/she is reflecting to students.
Are teachers conscious about students’ fears? Do they do something to promote students’ self-confidence? Diana Lu, Laura, Felipe, Ma Isabel, Alejandro	Personal-feelings A teacher must be interested on students feelings and concerns, in other words, they should know their students and encourage each one to learning.
How can we influence our students’ lives?	Students’ needs and interests In order to motivate our students it is important to integrate to our classes topics related to students’ interests. For that reason it is necessary to be in the position of students, be informed about all information being attracting for them.
How can we deal with our students’ difficulties when being teachers?
Will we feel the same we felt the very first time we had the first class at college as we get to be teachers? Robinson, Natalia, Camila, Daniela, Juan	It is important to debate about teachers fears. Maybe, it is difficult for everybody talking about self-weakness, but as teachers in formation we must be able to debate these feelings in order to increase our self-confidence and avoid frustrating feelings.
What happens to a person who does not pass the University test and s/he does not have economical resources to study in another institution?	As teachers we must encourage all time students to overcome difficulties and never give up, even went it seems difficult to overcome.
How do you deal with frustration in the academic environment and who you ask support from?	Teachers always have the possibility of asking to colleagues for advice if there are situations troubling classes. I think that each group of students represents a single challenge to be deal with. Through experience teachers become more agile to overcome environmental frustrations.
How do you separate your feelings as a person and your actions as a teacher? Katherine, Andrés, Lina	Personal & Professional.   Teachers must reach the capacity of knowing the adequate limit they must to establish in relationship with students. Also, it is important for a teacher reach enough self-control of their feelings.
How could I improve my learning process?	Teachers must know how to research and apply different strategies for making easier students’ process learning. Also, it is important for a teacher promoting the use of learning strategies in students.
How could I keep positive/motivated in my learning process?	Personal It is important for a teacher promoting the use of learning strategies in students and encouraging the importance of learning. For that reason a teacher must inform the objective of each proposed activity to student.

¿Cómo podría yo ahora mejorar la participación en las clases de inglés o francés?		I think that a teacher of languages must be prepared to design activities to guarantee all students’ participation in class and to have into account interest and needs of students.
Why did I enjoy sharing with my friends in the English class? Why didn’t I study French when I had to?		Lina Teachers must motivate students to learn all subjects. It is a difficult work when students are pretty sure of do not want to learn about something. But teachers could help these students to be engage to that subject and try to convince them about the importance of studding it. This could be a work out of the class trying to demonstrate to students that you as a teacher are interest on their process of learning.
¿Es possible controlar las situaciones con los estudiantes sin ser agresivo ni grosero? ¿Cómo evitar o no evidenciar la descriminación y dar apoyo hacia las otras personas? ¿Cómo hacer todas las actividades entretenidas e interesantes?		Andrés Teachers must reach the capacity of knowing the adequate limit they must to establish in relationship with students. Also, it is important for a teacher reach enough self-control of their feelings. As a principle a teachers must be neutral whit students and give to them same importance even when negative feeling are taking place.  I think that a teacher of languages must be prepared to design activities to guarantee all students’ participation in class and to have into account interest and needs of students.
¿Por qué es importante reconocer las cualidades de los estudiantes? ¿Por qué la educación secundaria no es gratuita en Colombia?		Katherine That’s an important aspect. Recognizing the good job of students is a meaningful factor of motivation on them. When a teacher makes you recognition you feel really good with yourself. It avoids frustration in student and encourages them to study with more effort.
Hoy en día entre las niñas hay mucha competencia (física) en las escuelas, ¿Cómo manejar eso en una clase? Beneficios y perjuicios de trabajar sólo con niños…se pierde algo? Influencia del docente en la escogencia de la profesión? Oportunidades en nuestro país en edades tempranas de aprender idiomas?		Daniela For a teacher it is important to recognize the equality of genre and try to implement activities that both males and females can do in equal conditions. For a teacher of English is important being prepared to all publics. However I think that when a teacher remains a long time teaching just in a specific public it could be difficult give in another context. For that reason it is important that teacher update their knowledge. Teachers are an example to students, we must be conscious about it. The way we behave, we speak and interact with them are copied immediately as some good. It is important for a teacher to be interested in what he/she is reflecting to students. Because teachers must be informed about politics related whit the education field. Also, it is important for a teacher to demand for adequate opportunities in the field of English teaching.
How will I deal with my students’ difficulties when being a teacher? (ICFES) was this really significant to my life as a college student?		Juan As teachers we will find many cases were students and colleagues are passing by difficulties and we must be prepared to help them to overcome their troubles. Teachers must be associated whit colleagues to demand adequate politics of evaluations for students. When a student has doubts about the importance of some mechanisms of evaluations, teachers should be in good will to resolve their doubts.
(PIN PIJ) How could this passion be activated in just one class? How can I as a teacher do the same? How can I change students’ lives?		Natalia As teachers we are worried about having acceptation of our students and about obtaining a good atmosphere in class. I think that a good planation of classes and material selection could produce good feelings in students.  I think that teachers influence a lot their students, for that reason it is important to be conscious about consequences of our acts in students’ lives.
¿Que hacer para evitar que los estudiantes tengan que recurrir  a la trampa o el pastel en lugar de ganar por sus propios méritos?		Laura For me, it is important for a teacher try to create alternatives of evaluation that avoid students’ cheating. Also, it is important to have the ability to generate conscious about the importance of being honest with themselves.
¿Qué es lo que màs influye en la motivación permanente para estudiar? ¿Qué tanto puede influir el concepto de un profesor en el proceso de aprendizaje?		María Isabel It is important for a teacher taking into account all factors of motivation, students’ interests and needs. Also, it is important to encourage the autonomy in students.  I think that teachers influence a lot their students, for that reason it is important to be conscious about consequences of our acts in students’ lives.
(ruler) Did that really change who I was going to be?		Andrés As teachers we will be facing students’ attitudes against rules. Because sometimes they are not agree about following some demands and that a normal behavior of students in formation. As teachers we have the responsibility of giving the adequate devices about the importance of following rules in order to be a good citizen and to have more opportunities in their future.
